So guys this is my investigation on this story,
First of all snapchat's ceo doesn't told this statement directly some of their employee leaked this statement .As per the employee Evan Spiegel told this on a meeting,but since today their are no official clearance from snap chat headquarters !!
By the way its not the end of the story Evan Spiegel made twitter account private after this statement but why?
after that he made protected twitter account it means nobody can read his twits without his permission so why evan did this?
In my opinion Evan definitely told this about India and I think their are also some secrets on his twitter account..
